Guarantee and Refund Policy

​

Bespoke Blinds and Poles Ltd pride themselves on the quality of their products and their work. All our suppliers have been "vetted" over the years to ensure that they are high quality, value for money products. All products have a guarantee of between 1 and 25 years (depending on product and supplier). We will always point this out to you during our discussions. All guarantees are based on the product being returned to the supplier for repair.

If we measure, supply and install a product, we will take full responsibility for the measurements and fitting arrangements of any made-to-measure products.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the day we call you.

Please, if your product(s) develop a problem, contact the store immediately. If you try and fix it yourself, you will invalidate all your guarantees.

If you decide to measure and fit any products yourself, we will give you as much advice as possible. Your guarantee in this instance is on the product(s) only, as we will not have seen the area that you are fitting to.

Our installation work is guaranteed for 3 months from installation date. If you have any queries or concerns then please contact us.

Complaints Policy

​

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be time where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure that we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 3 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

 

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction and you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
