Measuring Service Our measure service is part of our installation service. Option 1: Booking instore, after discussing your choices. You will have brought in approx sizes,  possibly photos, and narrowed your choice of books from our extension collections.  This service is free of charge (within our free measure area) Option 2: You want us to call out first to take measurements, without prior discussion or in-store estimates. This service is chargeable, with the charge being refunded only against a  confirmed order. Our popular service is usually booked up 4 weeks in advance.

We offer a full installation service that is extremely popular with our customers.  It is not available as a stand alone service for purchases made elsewhere. We provide a quote in written form, for you to consider. There is no obligation to accept.  We then order, return with the products and install them.  Our installation work (excluding product) is guaranteed for 3 months from installation date.  Products carry their own manufacturer guarantee, which will have been discussed at the time of enquiry and/or purchase.

If you have sufficient fabric, or you just can't find anything that you like better than what you have, Bespoke Blinds & Poles are happy to advise on what blind options are available to you.  All we need is to see the fabric, and know how much you have, and how wide it is.  Roller Blinds, Roman Blinds & Velux Roller blinds are all options.

Rooms prone to humidity and condensation can, over time, damage blinds or shades not designed to withstand these conditions. All our suppliers offer multiple options that are excellent, moisture resistant choiceas for kitchens, bathrooms, or any room where dampness can be a constant issue. Sometimes, the absence of light is important to the overall design or function of a room.  Bedrooms used by children or during the day, or specialised media rooms require the ability to completely eliminate all outside light. All our suppliers offer blackout fabrics, and there are several installation options which will offer anything from mostly to complete blackout. Please get in touch to discuss your options.

There are few things worse (in the Soft Furnishing world!) than having curtains on a track or pole that you have to drag to open or close. Any curtain fitter of merit will tell you how important the weight of your curtains are in relation to the successful working of your pole or track. All our blind ranges have materials that will keep the heat in/ out when closed.  However, as always, some are far better than others. In particular, you should consider Duette/Honeycombe blinds (created for exactly that reason). Wooden blinds and shutters also work, as wood has its own natural insulation properties. Get in touch to discuss the best options for you.

Any covering on your window will afford more security than clear glass. As we all know thieves are looking for an easy target, the opportunity. Make it harder for them with blinds that obscure some or all of your light. Or, change your curtain track for an electric one that can be set to open and close when it is light/dark - whether you are at home or not, via an App on your phone or tablet.
