Plantation Shutters are possibly the most bespoke product on the window treatment market. Not only are they made to a window’s width and height; each panel is made to suit your preferred stacking arrangement. Then factor in choice of woods, frames, louvre widths- even your preferred colour hinges and handles!

There are 4 styles of plantation shutters:

Full Height

Covering the full height of your window, this is one of the most popular and flexible styles. Commonly specified with a mid-rail, the shutter panels are split in to sections with separate tilt rods(if required), providing the highest levels of privacy and light control. This is the one on display at the rear window of the showroom.

Tier On Tier

Independent panels top and bottom of your window give you the greatest adjustability, allowing you to make the most of your light, the view and your privacy

Café Style

Ideal for ground level windows, town houses, and bathrooms where the bath is directly under the window!

Café style leaves the top of the window open, using shutters for the bottom part only. This style maximises light whilst providing privacy.

Bi-Fold/ By-Pass

Also known as "Top Track" systems, these are the perfect solution for large patio doors and window runs, as well as room dividers and partitions.

Choice

We offer 6 types of wood to suit all tastes and budgets: from cedarwood down to Craftwood (light density fibreboard); 5 louvre widths, plus solid panels and an s-shaped louvre; over 100 painted or stained colour choices; and if you have a specific colour in mind, we can have your shutters custom painted.

We can also offer a range of wood Venetian blinds designed to match or complement most hardwood shutters.

Shapes

Our plantation shutters offer a quality of manufacture that allows you to source an amazing array of shapes to suit unconventional windows.

Remote Control

For those out of reach areas, you can have a remote control tilt option. Motors are integrated within each panel, and are available on all hardwood shutters.
